In Topic: Any Women On The Regimen For Just The Chin/jaw Line Area? Advice Please!

17 June 2013 - 07:58 PM

cosign w/nicmic62... The redness and dryness will die down with time and patience. If  you're getting acne mostly on your jawline and chin, it's definitely hormonal acne. Some women outgrow it, while others don't. However, if you still to the regimen, you'll have beautiful, clear skin in no time... smile.png Good luck and keep us up to date on your progress... smile.png

All acne is hormonal, regardless of the area. There are no "special types" of acne, it all comes from the same place. Acne is a hormonal disease that most people outgrow. The ones that don't outgrow it (persistent adult acne) represent a very small minority.

Ok you a

I don't appreciate your

Meh.. whatever.  Let's just say that America has a slightly different lifestyle that the average Canadian wouldn't relate to which is slightly off putting - not necessarily in a bad way either, it's just a different culture. I feel like the U.S is just "really out there" if you know what I mean, and Canada is just sort of under the radar.

I don't have acne.

What's wrong with being different? sad.png

UNDER the radar??? Sweet tap dancing Jesus, my family's gone missing!!! How will I ever get them back??? Hold onto your pineapples, were going north and beyond!! We've already lost Africa and Australia, we are NOT going to loose this one!!!

I think I get what you mean but I've come to assume that when people usually mention "Americans" on the internet (in mostly negative ways) that they're actually just summarizing the entire north continent overall. It's not like they're shoving you under a rug... the very idea of hiding a Canadian or ignoring them because they're Canadian makes me want to burst out laughing and I honestly have no idea why... probably because it makes no sense whatsoever. Everyone knows who and what Canadians are, lol... people go where the warmth and heat is, with is further south of our continent. Canadian's aren't being ignored and if anything some should enjoy the solitude if they haven't already.

On an acne site with no acne... 0_0... ohhhhhkaaayyy.

I meant I don't have acne *anymore*. Grew out of now at nearly 25. Had it for thirteen years straight; very aggressive genetic strain.

Oh shut up please... I am sick and tired of your stupid comments here. How did you grow out of it, if you a few days ago you had cystic acne all over your body?? Stop spreading garbage on this forum ok? I am Canadian and I am ashamed that you are embarrassing us

What the Hell?I never said a few days ago I had it all over my body you silly canuck, I said *I used to* YEARS ago. Learn to read more carefully. I almost NEVER post on this site. And stupid comments? I believe I read a post on this website in the hollistic section a few months ago from a girl that claimed she had one bite of a sugar cookie and broke out into a thousand pimples the next day... ummm yeah. That's the type of grand intelligence you see around this website apparently.

Diet never made a difference for me and I stuck with it for years. Acne has nothing to do with diet "Sorey" mr.canuck.

I don't appreciate your lies and I don't appreciate your insults... To me you are a pathetic human being... If I get a warning for calling you "pathetic" and "rude" and "insensitive B****" then so be it!

and to return to the original topic, I don't think it is true. I am Canadian and I have acne and I am 28. I see people in my community who are my age or younger/older and who also have acne.

Good nite smile.png!

Wow, you sure are hateful. Pathetic human being? for this? come on now. Lies? I never lied about sh*t. What insults? I told you to improve your reading comprehension (which sucks by the way) and that's pretty much it.

28 and you still have acne? Just get some Proactiv, goodness me. Justin Bieber uses it, it will clear your skin.

You are officially a troll smile.png.  Ignored from now on smile.png

OOOOooh Yaaaah you Betcha' Eh?

Acne that fails to clear past 25 is RARE. Everyone grows out of it at some point. The owner of this website even states so in the info section. It is predominately a teenage disease. If you have severe acne past a certain age then yes, you are in the minority.

Too many people in the holistic section like to play doctor and it needs to stop as it f*cks with a good portion of peoples minds and encourages eating disorders.

Acne never gets better with diet. Half these people claiming to have gotten rid of their acne from fixing their leaky gut or cutting out dairy have never had acne... They probably have dermatitis or something lol.

... Eczema is worsened by food allergies, like gluten, dairy ect. Not acne. There are types of eczema and dermatitis that do look a lot like acne with raised bumps and pus so this may be why people get confused. They are not the same condition. And if you truly have acne vulgaris your acne will not improve regardless of diet. And I'm only being truthful.

Dan has said time and time again that gut is not an area of research because it does not pertain to acne.
