1 Week Break From Accutane

I've been on accutane from about 11 weeks, and was wondering if a one week break would do anything. The pharmacy I use doesn't have my dosage until next week

Does low dose accutane take longer to work then American dosing? I've read quite a few studies that's it's just as effective in the end, but I mean is clearing still expected by 3ish months?

I've read a bunch of stuff saying lower doses, like 20mg, is just as effective as higher doses. Does it take longer to start working? Or is just person specific? I've been on 20mg for a month, I weigh 70kg.

I've been reading a lot of accutane logs and such, and it seems like people who are on low doses of Accutane(~20mg) clear at the same rate as higher doses(>40mg). It seems to me that higher doses doesn't result in clearing any faster and that the only difference is low dosing requires a longer treatment to get accumulated dose. Do you guys think this is true? Or that it just depends on severity and the person?
