I really don't want to believe that I can't clear my skin naturally. I may have to give in to the 2.5% benzoyl peroxide but I really don't want to deal with the side effects. I'm getting older so the risks of accutane and what it might do to my reproductive system is scary so that's definitely out for me. As for the 2.5%, I notice smile lines and lines in my forehead when I use it. Premature aging! Ugh so not cute. I mean I know I'm 30 but I'm not supposed to have wrinkles yet lol. So it's like wrinkles and no acne or acne and no wrinkles. Bleh. I'm glad you are having success with the regimen. That's awesome smile.png I really hope it works for you. I guess for me I have high hopes of being one of those people who clears their skin naturally. Sigh. I know I need to stick to one thing at a time though. You're def right about that. I may just continue with this ocm using just grapeseed oil for a bit since I read its low on the comedogenic scale. But safflower is one of the lowest so ill admit I'm tempted to try it lol. But I'll wait it out. Thanks so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it.

Having wrinkles at 30 is perfectly normal, don't let photoshopped celebrities and makeup and botox fool you. They are now marketing botox to 25 year olds. Premature aging is having wrinkles at 16.

If you're set on clearing it naturally then look at the Nutrition / Holistic forum on here.

Thank you! I'll do that.

I am so glad someone is talking about this! This is new to me I actually just read about this. I thought to myself this might be the reason I can't clear my skin. I started having bad acne in hs I'm now 30 and it's still here. I don't have the hair symptoms or irregular periods but my skin does clear up around that time of the month which for some reason annoys me lol. It's like terrible skin when I'm not on my period and clear skin when I feel like crap! I also am VERY moody and get depressed easily. I read this might also be a symptom. A friend of mine recently gave me two bottles of herbs from this place called dhealthstore.com. One is the mooncycle formula and the other is the female hormone formula. When I saw this post I looked at the back to see what was in them and saw palmetto was one of the ingredients. So I'm excited about these pills now! I haven't been diagnosed with this but I am certain something is going on with my body to cause acne. I wouldn't be surprised if it were this. My friend used to have terrible cramping and I witnessed her blacking out and throwing up during her cycle on several occasions. Since she has taken these pills she hasn't had any of those systems. I kinda feel like she might of mentioned a cyst in the past too. I'll have to ask her. In the meantime I'm going to see if dhealthstore has something more specific for this and see how I can change my diet! Thanks for this post!
