Damn dude, congratulations. Things seem to be going really well for you. I'm especially interested in your log because you also started off at 20mg for the first month. Do you think this helped in the long run? Did you get impatient at first? I think I'll get bumped up to 40mg next month and I can't wait for my skin to improve as much as yours has.
Also, do you mind me asking your weight? I'm just wondering to compare the strength of our dosages. Thanks!
, Impact It has really affected my self esteem and i wake up in the morning dreading what i have to deal with today. I dread going outside and facing people or seeing friends. With a trip to the hairdressers or the convenience shop being something i have to build up a load of confidence to do. Work has been a nightmare recently and i find myself segregating myself from everyone in an empty office. My job is very public and circles around being very confident and good at dealing with newpeople which is difficult when i have no self esteem. There have been times when i cant actually wear my hat at work because of my acne as it causes me so much pain.
I know exactly what you're saying in this paragraph. I've had the exact same feelings. Good luck to ya. I just started this past Friday and am really hoping to be done with acne forever.
4) When are results usually seen? The first month? last month? Or are results seen after the treatment?
To answer this one, it seems like it's different for everyone. Some people can see results almost immediately(in the first couple of weeks) and never experience an initial breakout. However, some people have an initial breakout for the first couple of weeks or months, and then start to clear after that. I don't think there is any one answer to this question, although I wish there was. I just started a five month course of accutane, so feel free to follow it here: http://www.acne.org/...32#entry3319932
