our story is pretty similar (even the boyfriend part hes across the country ), in that when i was eating healthy and pretty much paleo i still wasnt clear
it wasnt til recently that im fiinnnaally seeing results! and its when i started being consistent with my vitamins and taking : zinc, fish oil, and vitamin c daily.
vitamin c was the winner for me.
HEY! Oh my gosh! I'm really just looking for an acne pal to get me through this! I hope I'm not a super mega creep or anything, but we should totally chat more! Yeah, with the zinc, sunshine, and eating healthier I feel better about my skin but it still bothers me. My boyfriend has perfect skin and only gets bumps from hair products! I was using tamanua oil for a few days, but I think that's breaking me out, I would like to blame it and not just my body. I dunno! Been having the weirdest breakouts. But I tested it on a spot on my neck and no reaction. Just wanna be freeeee
yeah i definitely know the feeling of wanting to be free! my biggest recommendation is really vitmain c, is super good for the skin and i really dont think it could do any harm! its been helping me!
and about your boyfriend only getting breakouts from hair products! ugh! if only people knew how lucky they were! i feel like acne has consumed so much of my time and life (not to mention wallet) that who knows where i'd be right now. its sad that ive let it take over but meh.

im still doing paleo with exception of having beans every now and then...
and i think my body has a problem with bacon, its so delicious but i always feel like im going to break out when i eat it :/ no fun
haven't heard of tamanu oil. i like using aloe vera to moisturize (at night) personally cause its helps dry up my pimples but not my skin
