So interested in this regimen but I just got off Accutane 3 months ago and my skin is way to sensitive and dry to do this right now. (obviously Accutane didnt work for me hence why I want to try this regimen lol) But my derm just prescribed me Epiduo but she said only to use it every other night. But I also have a clarisonic and I will be buying the deep pore brush head!

Try Spironolactone its for hormonal acne but I think it might work. My aunt was on 3 course of Accutane and it did nothing for her but when she went on Spironolactone it cleared her right up.

Accutane actually regulated my periods in the last few months of my course, before that my periods were always irregular and the flow was super heavy. On Accutane my periods eventually became regular and were very light. One month I even had my period come twice.

I'm pretty sure mine cleared in the 3rd month, maybe a month earlier? I really cant remember! All I know is it happened fast and it happened way before my face cleared up! I still occasionally get a small pimple somewhere on my body so I take a little dot of hand sanitizer to put on it and it literally shrinks to nothing over night!

For the peeling I would just take my fingers or a washcloth and rub small circles, really gently on my face until all the peeling is gone, then apply moisturizer right away. Be very gentle though! One time I was too rough and my skin burned so badly after! Good luck!
