Can IGF-1 and other hormones in cow's milk be absorbed in sufficient quantites to cause acne? There's no proof of that, yet others commonly recommend cutting dairy products based on speculation and generally weak evidence.

I look at the studies and the study quality, if you hadn't noticed in my other posts. There has not yet been a double-blind, randomized placebo-controlled study conducted on older, postmenopausal women to prove that the hormones in milk can be sufficiently absorbed.
