I have been trying... for months to stop picking at my face. More than once, I've caused myself to cry out of guilt and shame. And I want to stop.
By God, I want to stop!
And I will.
I've gone this forum in the hopes that I can curb my destructive behaviour and allow me to stop hiding because of the damage I create.
Like anyone else, I need a little encouragement and faith. Please help me, and in return I promise to try and help you. I look towards the future with cautious optimism.
