With getting back into the gym, I have began to break out more than usual on my forehead. I believe it is a result of sweating while I workout and not being able to remove the sweat for 45 min. - 1 hr. after training. Are there any suggestions on what the best way to approach this problem is!?!?
Thanks,
Neve

How Long?
23 August 2012 - 09:34 PM
I have medium/moderate acne and I really want to start seeing results. When I first started the Regimen I was really excited and very optimistic. Now I have TONS of infalmed break outs and seem to continue to get more along with ugly whiteheads. I could deal with the current zits if they would stop coming!! My skin is currently dry and flaky. I follow Dan's steps strictly and was wondering how long it took others to begin seeing some improvement. I know it won't be exactly the same for my skin but, I'd really apprieciate hearing others experiences.
Commitment

How do you commit to washing your back/chest twice a day everyday? Especially fellow girls who suffer from body acne, I find it really difficult to stand at the bathroom sink and wash my face, chest, and back every morning when it seems easier just to hide my skin. Don't get me wrong I want clear skin, but is being committed going to get me results?
You're Beautiful

I understand how horrible and difficult it can be to live with acne but, the first step to getting rid of it is loving yourself. I have no facts backing this up or scientific studies, but I can personally tell you that your beating yourself up over nothing. Beauty is who you are not what covers the surface. I have body acne and I used to avoid wearing anything that might reveal my skin. But with time and support I've learned to understand that hiding doesn't make anything go away. By recognizing your strengths and talents you'll discover that by doing what you love with who you love will make it soooo much easier to tackle your acne. If you aren't happy you're doing something wrong. But when your doing what your meant to do, living the life you want to live, and loving those who love from the bottom of there heart, that is when you are the most beautiful , in everyones eyes.
