Arsenic is also in fish, other poultry, rice, drinking water and many other foods. A lot of farmers have stopped using it. If your chicken is "hormone antibiotic free organic" you'll be fine.
Yes, i would not reccomend chicken. If you want to eat meat, either eat wild caught fish, or pasture raised red meat
I can't give up chicken lol. Is this a problem with organic chicken as well, or just regular chicken?
I like it when people post links so, here ya go!
This is about arsenic in chicken.

Arsenic is probably in farmed fish, but don't see how it can possibly be in wild caught fish.
Interesting article. I would still stay away from chickens, unless they are on a 100% pasture raised diet.
In most of human history, we did not consume chickens.

Letting your skin breath is probably a good thing, but don't get a sunburn. I don't think it's a big deal, when I was at a park the other day the guys working at the lake all had acne and they didn't seem to be trying to cover it up.
There is a difference though between having a few spots, and actual acne (Unless you meant like 15-20 pimples on the body). I have not seen a person with actual acne on their back who wore tanktops
Ok so because you haven't seen it that means people don't? I saw a guy who had body acne and his face was covered in acne.
There are people who have it obviously that I have not either seen or they just cover it up. From my college experiences and experiences on the beach, I rarely see anyone with acne (the acne that leaves pigmentation or scars) on their body. I do see a lot of people with clogged pores on the body though

Maybe it's the water. Tap water isn't all that clean and treated with chloride.
Try getting a shower filter, Sprite is a nice brand.
I actually knew a person with something like this, and he told me he only started getting them when he moved to USA. So the water definitely plays a role in these.
Funny you say this, because I actually bought a rainshow'r chlorine filter a month ago because I had simliar suspicions.
But whatever it is, it's going away. I've found out that not stressing over it has helped a lot.
hey skz, are you still using the filter?
