About Me

I have had adult cystic acne from the age of 19. I've been on Accutane, Spironolactone, antibiotics, many different topicals... you name it, I've probably been on it! Right now I am going through the worst break out I've had since going off of Accutane about 4 years ago. My blog will track my progress as I try other approaches to treatment. I will primarily be using holistic and natural approaches that our doctors never told us about, but that we always wondered about!
