#3351479 Finally Starting The Regimen!

Posted by FlaggLives on Yesterday, 09:49 PM

I'm on day 5 of the regimen and My face BURNS when I'm done applying the moisturizer. I applied the moisturizer like a couple hours ago and my face still burns! I only use bp at night and whats reccomended. did you have any burning? smile.png

Yes! I had a lot of burning, it will go away trust me smile.png

Day 18:

Today was a good day, no new breakouts, no oil when I woke up, some of the pimples I had yesterday just dried up and are dissapearing. 3 more days and that'll make it 3 weeks on the Regimen, hoorayy!! smile.png

I think that as I start using more BP the breakouts will stop, well I hope they do! The moisturizer seems to make my face red and the scars more visible, something I really don't like but as the day goes by my face starts getting its color back. I think the only thing it really does is help with the flakiness, while the jojoba oil keeps me from getting oily.

I'm getting great results so I can't complain, and just see where it takes me smile.png

Best of wishes to Team Regimen boogie.gif

The results keep getting better and better for you! That's great to hear. smile.png How much BP are you using now? I'm up to about half a finger's worth and I'm wondering if that's a good portion, it does seem to cover my whole face really well

I'm using like up to the 2nd line on my index finger, idk if that makes sense but yeah.. I'm still getting breakouts sad.png just got 2 new ones and one that I had grew..

Don't get discouraged.  I am a month in starting tomorrow and i still breakout but damn, my face has cleared up ALOT!!!!!  Keep encouraged and enjoy your brithday either way.  When's your birthday by the way?

My birthday is on June 10th smile.png what about yours?

@nycqueen

That's insane! 4 months! lol I'm very impatient I will probably give it 3 months.

& about your niece, you should post a pic of her so I can see tongue.png

Day 19:

I have a new zit on the side of my forehead, it's kinda big and red.. I also have like another under the skin zit, or whatever it is next to my ear along the side of my cheek. I have 2 whiteheads around my mouth, one on the corner of my mouth and one right next to it, I think they're bffs glare.gif lol

Face was extremely flaky this morning, more than ever actually. It went away with the moisturizer and I used 5 drops cause I didn't have work until later.

Nothing really new, jus breaking out still and I'm surprised I got that zit on my forehead but I haven't hit 3 months yet, so it's expected.

I bought this cute matching keychain for my bf, I get the heart and he gets the key, feeling romantic today wub.png

haha anyways I will report to you guys later on if I get a new breakout or if any other random thing happens to me, have a nice dayy biggrin.png

lol I think we've both reached a phase in the Regimen where we get random zits on our foreheads, cuz I'm experiencing the same thing! :P Hang tough and keep rolling, Faith! :)

#3351448 Update On The Date!

Posted by FlaggLives on Yesterday, 07:39 PM

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! He seems like a good dude and it sounds like you two got along well. I get what you mean too, even though I've been single for almost 3 years I'm never gonna lose hope, I'm gonna keep trying my best to better myself and my appearance and hopefully one day I'll get my confidence up to a point where I can approach the girls I like and am interested in (instead of girls approaching me all the time which is what always happens with me, I never take the initiative and I hate that, guys are supposed to do the approaching)

Thank ya, Faith! I'm definitely not too worried about it, gotta keep thinking about that long-term goal.

Day #14 (2 Weeks!!):

Well this marks week two! Kinda stoked about that, getting closer and closer to clear skin each day. I've noticed an increase in redness the past day or so, but I've also noticed how quickly that minimal new stuff I got healed. I decided to try just a TEENY bit of AHA on that big blemish on my nose just to see what would happen (as spot treatment) and it killed it dead in its tracks! Dried up so fast, I was shocked lol. That new one that appeared in the crease of my mouth is drying quickly too, the BP just doesn't seem to want to let acne survive on my face...and I am allll for that. tongue.png A bit more dryness and that's expected, but it's nothing I can't handle. Results continue to be really awesome and I have no complaints at all!

It was hot as fuck in my area today, gonna have to put the window air conditioner back into my room soon....summer is definitely arriving!

Good vibes & support to everyone smile.png

It's so great that you are seeing awesome results in just two weeks. Looking back, I wish I really had started slow with the BP. Very happy for you.

I live in the Philippines, and it is summer over here...our usual warm weather has been amplified to scorching heat weather. My advice, keep cool! Melting of the BP of your face will do no good for your shirts or pillowcases. Hahaha.

haha very good advice! I'll take it to heart...it was even hotter here today, it's weird here in West Virginia because the weather can turn from freezing cold to blisteringly hot in an instant, and we've definitely phased into the hot stage now. That's cool that you live in the Philippines! Are the shipping costs of the Regimen products decent for you over there?

It's great! One of the best parts about living here is being 30 minutes away from some of the nicest beaches. smile.png

Shipping costs kill!! The custom charges are even worse when you have to go pick-up your package. I do the regimen on all store brought products and it managed to clear me up pretty well so it's okay I guess.

Just recently I did order two huge bottles of Dan's BP and had it shipped to a friend's US address. They are going to be coming over and bringing it for me. I should get it within the week. Pretty excited to try Dan's BP because everyone has said it was the best BP out there. If I end up loving Dan's BP then I think having it brought over by friends will be my way of saving myself from international shipping charges.

Definitely hit the beach! Hope you guys get really warm weather there during summer. I've only been to the US twice, to California and Washington state and all the beaches I've been to were freezing in comparison to the beaches here. It was around April though, so maybe that's why.

Shipping costs and reviews of the Acne.org cleanser and moisturizer where partially why I decided to not get the whole acne.org regimen kit. A lot of people on the boards have been saying Dan's cleanser can easily be substituted for other cleansers and also that the moisturizer is not moisturizing enough or that its is to thick and doesn't easily absorb. It seemed like the BP was the only one getting the consistent great reviews.

The beaches in VA definitely get pretty warm in the summer especially in June & July...I went a few years ago while I was on antibiotics for my skin and I made the mistake of falling asleep without enough sunscreen on, and it gave me the weirdest damn sunburn on my lower back EVER, haha. When it healed I had tan skin back there shaped like some some kind of tentacle monster....lol took several months for it to fade back to my normal skin tone, so if I go this year my #1 priority is tonnnnnns of sunscreen. :P

Yeah I don't blame you, don't wanna pay a ridiculous fee just to get products. I think Dan's BP is the one that really makes the difference anyways.

Day #16:

A few new developments today. That pimple on my chin that I was worried about? It turned out to be SOOOO tiny, like a tiny little whitehead baby pimple, and it's already dead...so I'm super happy about that, lol. I thought it would be much worse than it was. It's kind of a one step forward, one step back scenario right now though because I notice something new in the middle of my forehead...hoping it's just a clogged pore that'll go away and not a blemish that'll become anything major. Otherwise skin is doing really well, my face barely gets red at all now when I apply BP. Plus I've been cautiously spot treating here and there with AHA and I've had no adverse affects, no stinging or anything, so I'm just going to go ahead and use that when I see new pimples forming instead of waiting any longer.

I can't really complain though because the ONLY active I have right now is that new clogged pore (or whatever it is) on my forehead, everything else is dead and in the process of drying up. I've been thinking if my skin continues to clear up like this I might get my hair cut, I've kept it long for so long so that I can frame my face in a way where it hides some of my pimples (stupid, I know lol) but I wanna keep it kinda long even if I do get it cut, don't like having super short hair.

In my personal life I've been talking to a new girl who's interested in me, we met through a mutual friend and she only lives about a half hour away in VA. I'm starting to really like this girl and we have so much in common but I always have this nagging problem where I ask myself "why is this girl interested in me when I look so unattractive?" and that question eats at me and fucks up my mentality. I need to find a way to just focus on enjoying getting to know her and going out with her in the near future and put those kind of thoughts outta my head because they're not productive. lol sorry for that rant, I just feel like if anybody knows what that kind of situation is like it would be other acne sufferers on this forum.

That about wraps up this update. *does the secret Team Regimen handshake with all my Regimen super friends :P*

Oh you realli have a good result of it.When i was on week , I get initail break out sad.png( and also now for aha, I got initial break out too sad.png( good luck on your regime smile.png lets stick with it

Thanks! Sorry to hear about the breakouts. :( Definitely gonna stick with it! Do you have a log? I'll definitely follow it and lend you some support if you do.

Day #15:

Had my first minor moment of disappointment today when I saw a new pimple appear over-top a dark mark left over from one of those cysts I had on my chin awhile back. I don't think it's a cyst and I can't really tell how big it is yet, but it's just funny how seeing one pimple can kill some of the optimism you have inside of you. I just gotta keep telling myself "Jeremy...you've only been on the Regimen for two weeks, it takes time, Rome wasn't built in a day and acne was cured in two damn weeks!" :P) so yeah, little discouraging to see that one blemish appear but I don't think it'll last too long, I plan on applying a lil bit of AHA to it to see if that speeds up the death of the blemish. Redness seems to be dissipated quite a bit, seems like my skin is getting used to the BP. I ordered another tube of BP just so that I'll have plenty on hand when this tube runs out (even though it's gonna last a LONG while considering how big it is, I just like to be prepared)

Things in life are going pretty well otherwise, got a late tax return check in the mail today so I was pretty stoked about that.

To all those on the Regimen...keep rockin' it...we can do this. :)

Posted by FlaggLives on 21 May 2013 - 11:12 PM

Day 16:

I woke up to 2 new whiteheads which were like small under the skin blemishes. I think the reason I broke out was because I didn't use the Regimen in the time frame the day before yesterday. Well I really don't know cause I've been eating junk food these past 3 days. lol Anyways I'm getting compliments on my skin from my mom and it feels great

I think the jojoba oil is not doing much for me but it's still early to tell.. maybe I should use big drops?

I've been at work for most of the day everyday and I feel a lot more confident dealing with people(I'm a cashier)

It's an amazing feeling smile.png

Best wishes to everyonee biggrin.png

Confidence ftw! If other people are noticing improvements in your skin then you definitely know it's working ;) What kind of store do you work at as a cashier?

Hang tough and keep the Faith! :)

#3350220 Day 1 Feeling Positive

Posted by FlaggLives on 20 May 2013 - 03:15 PM

Good luck to you man! Hoping you find success with the Regimen, it definitely seems more effective than almost everything I've tried in the past. I totally know what you mean about going into depressed mode, that happens to me all the time too. I can wake up happy and ready to start the day then if I notice a new breakout it just takes all the wind out of my sails and makes me feel like shit. Hopefully we'll be clear of this crap for good in the near future!

#3349985 Diane, Spiro Or Acne.org Regimen?

Posted by FlaggLives on 20 May 2013 - 12:41 AM

Thank you both for your replies smile.png

Lots of people have success with Diane clearing them up as long. You are getting brand name. You can do diane and spiro together which is what a large group of people do.

I hear good and bad things about the regime on here. It's a long process and your skin burns and itches and flakes all the times. But it seems to work well for a lot of people.

I am on spiro and it is working very nicely. I like the fact that it is pretty low maintience just pop a pill and then wash my face and use an astringent and bam I am clear. I also like that with spiro your oil level drops dramatically on you face and in your hair. So if you are an oily person then this medication would be a good choice for you

Good to hear spiro is working well for you smile.png I may as well ask about spiro when I see my doctor in the next week or so. Some of the side effects of Diane are putting me off wanting to take it... I guess spiro has side effects too but I haven't done much reading on it yet.

I've heard mixed things about the regimen too - but I've also heard mixed things about birth control and spiro for acne. Everyone's experience is different... which makes it hard for me to decide.

How long have you been taking spiro / how long did it take for you to see results? Also - how long can you 'safely' stay on it?

>

If it's possible for you to get the Regimen products for a cheaper shipping cost, I'd say definitely give it a try, Lily. I've only been on the Regimen for two weeks now and I've had almost four straight days of clear skin with NO breakouts (this is kind of a milestone for me because I can't even remember the last time I didn't wake up with new or forming blemishes, it was an every day occurrence) I'm sure that breakouts will still happen since I'm still going through the first few weeks...but I swear it just feels like this is working for me like nothing else has ever worked for me before. I think it's definitely worth a try if you can get the products cheaper (or if you go the store bought route because the only item from the website I bought was Dan's BP)

I can't give you any advice about birth control as an acne treatment (the fact that I'm a dude limits my knowledge on that subject, haha tongue.png) but I can tell you that the Regimen seems incredibly effective, and this is coming from someone who's used just about every acne treatment ever (aside from Accutane) with only mediocre results that don't even come close to what I'm experiencing now.

Great to hear the regimen is working out for you! smile.png

I guess the good thing about the regimen is that the side effects are 'mild' compared to birth control... but I sort of feel like I need to do something different (and to see if it works or not). I've done BP and topicals before with limited results. Antibiotics with topicals worked but didn't last once I stopped antibiotics (and continued topicals) which makes me think I need to be taking something internally to get this under control.

How are you finding the dryness/flakiness that comes with BP? Do you know if it gets to a point where you skin is completely used to it and doesn't flake at all?

If I do try the regimen it'll probably have to be all on store bought products - which annoys me because I really wanted to use Dan's BP and AHA - but I can't justify spending that much every couple of months for 'forever'...

I don't know what I'm going to do... wish this was easier to deal with

(and I wish it was easier for me to make a decision tongue.png)

Well to be 100% honest with you the dryness/flakiness hasn't been an issue for me much yet (granted I'm only coming up on Week 2) but I've had minimal dryness if anything, and no major flaking at all. I've used topical Epiduo for many years prior to starting the Regimen so that might be the reason my skin doesn't dry out too much because of BP. I definitely get what you mean about not being able to get some of Dan's products, that's definitely a bummer that the costs are so high for you.

Well whatever you decide on I wish you the best of luck :)

Progress is going well Flagg - awesome!  Are you going to wait the 6 weeks before using AHA on your face?  Sending positive vibes your way!

Thanks Sasch! I'm returning those positive vibes to you in triplicate! haha smile.png Yeah I'll probably going to wait the maximum amount of time for the AHA, I don't wanna push it right now especially when I'm getting such good results from just the basic Regimen.

Day #12:

It seems like every time I update this log...I'm happier and happier with the progress of my skin, and tonight is no exception. My skin is still doing so well, I'm literally shocked by the fact that the majority of my face has been clear from almost four to five days now. I can't even REMEMBER the last time I was clear that long...usually every single day I'd wake up to something new, some new pimple already formed or beneath the skin, but so far my skin has been doing great. The only real active I have right now is a little one on the side of my nose, and that's there because I can only use so much BP on my nose since the skin is extremely sensitive (the skin of my nose is just really easily aggravated and has been most of my adult life, so I don't wanna push it) but other than that I'm really satisfied with how things are going.

Cheeks are clear, forehead is clear, chin is clear...I did something I haven't done in a long time tonight, too. Usually I wear my glasses around the house and my contacts when I'm out about, and when I look in the mirror I rarely wear my glasses because because I hate seeing the condition of my skin from a normal distance, I have to be super close to the mirror so I can take in specific areas at a time and assess my skin that way...but tonight I just took a normal glance in the mirror...and what I saw just made me smile. I wasn't ashamed to see my reflection for once and the improvements of my skin just jumped out at me.

I really hope this lasts, and even if I do get breakouts I already know that this Regimen works better than anything else I've tried in almost a decade.

Much love and support out to all my Team Regimen buddies, keep going strong and I hope everyone is having a great day!

I'm so happy for you Flagg smile.png we all deserve this, cause acne is horrible!! Nobody should go through this stuff, not even my worst enemy lol.

We have good things coming to us, not a doubt smile.png

So true, Faith! Acne is such an asshole. I wanna hit it with a right hook and knock it out cold. :P It's definitely something I wouldn't wish on anyone either. Gotta be some light at the end of our tunnels!

Flagg, awesome job on getting better!  I am so happy for you.  I am still struggling with my mouth/chin area but in time, i am hoping that will be resolved.

Keep us posted

Thank ya Sasch! Always pulling for you too. I got something new around my mouth too, I'll give more info in my update section.

Day #13:

Well I'm getting close to completing Week 2 and I knew my no breakout phase couldn't last, lol. I only have one new pimple and it's in the crease of my mouth, not too big and I'm not all that worried about it, but that tells me that I will continue to breakout until I get much farther along into the Regimen. Still super happy though because this is NOTHING compared to the breakouts I'm used to experiencing. Also the dryness around my temples is a bit flakier, but jojoba oil is still doing a good job of controlling it. That pimple along my nose that I didn't apply BP to got a bit redder and bigger and I hate it, from now on I will definitely remember to apply the Regimen products to that area.

In other life news, I went to a state park in WV today and just had a really nice peaceful time hiking in the mountains, just took some time to clear my head and enjoy nature and it was definitely good for me. In other BAD news, my desktop PC crashed tonight and I lost almost all my documents and programs on there until I get it fixed, so I'll be using my laptop from now on.

Otherwise things are okay, love & support to all my Regimen pals.

#3349961 Finally Starting The Regimen!

Posted by FlaggLives on 19 May 2013 - 11:35 PM

Day 15:

I woke up today and my face wasn't oily at all, I was super happy about that. My face didn't get oily until later on. I have no new breakouts, just the same ones that are taking a while to disappear. My cheeks and chin had flakes when I woke up and this also happens after I wash my face with the cleanser. The BP seems to make it disappear, ironically lol. I applied the moisturizer and mixed it with 5 drops of jojoba oil which made my face look super oily so I'm gonna stick to just 3 drops like last night. Thinking about using a sunscreen after applying the moisturizer but I will have to seee. I don't wanna bring more things into the Regimen just yet, as I just introduced the jojoba oil. I had some Doritos, and frozen yogurt today so I'm feeling ashamed of myself right nowunsure.png  lol. I will have new pics up on my gallery for you guys to look at my changes. Have a good one guys and keep faith! biggrin.png

Yay Faith! I always look forward to your updates on here. I'm glad the jojoba oil is working well for you, it is best to use just a few drops so you don't end up looking too oily, I've started using just about 3 or 4 and that tends to be more than enough. Don't feel bad, I ate almost an entire Little Cesar's pizza this evening so I definitely need to start making better food choices myself, haha. Stay strong & keep rollin! :)

#3349946 Notice How Almost All The Females Here Have Boyfriends, Yet The Guys Are Ince...

Posted by FlaggLives on 19 May 2013 - 10:42 PM

One thing I can DEFINITELY agree with you on...the percentage of girls with acne and boyfriends on this site FAR exceeds the percentage of guys with acne and girlfriends on this site. I think that has a lot to do with the fact that the gender roles dictate that a male is supposed to approach a female to initiate contact/a future relationship and it's damn near impossible to approach girls when you're a guy with acne. It takes a huge toll on your self-confidence to even try because the fear of rejection is amplified to like 10 times the normal rate (I'm talking just normal fear of rejection that most guys experience, THEN you gotta add acne into the mix)

Honestly I think acne affects both genders equally and it's just as painful and emotionally tough for women as it is for men so I could never say that acne is "easier" for girls to deal with because I just don't think that's true, but I do think it is much easier for girls with acne to find significant others as opposed to guys with acne. My reasoning there is that's just the way the gender roles are set up....the guy is supposed to chase the girl, etc etc. It sucks a whole lot and I'd love to have a girlfriend to have some kind of support system in place where I could hear some encouraging words sometimes even when I'm feeling low about my skin, but right now I'm trying trying to get myself clear so that I can find the confidence to get a girlfriend.

#3349649 Finally Starting The Regimen!

Posted by FlaggLives on 18 May 2013 - 09:53 PM

I sometimes get the excess redness but thats when i stay out in the sun too long.   I am not using sunscreen and i don't want to introduce it until i am semi clear.  Don't stress it girl, it will go away.  How much BP are you  currently using?  I may try to increase to 1 pump starting next week.

Yeah same here! Thank you smile.png

I'm using like the length of the 1st section of my finger, idk how to explain it but yeah lol I feel like it's working pretty well with that amount but I'm guessing full finger length will keep me from breaking out.  Is your face still dry and flaky? That sounds like a good idea if your face is getting used to the BP.

You must be careful doll!!!! BP makes you very sensitive to the sun, and makes you get burn much quicker. I do know of a wonderful sunscreen I used when I was in the beginning stages of the regimen, it is called, Neutrogena Breakout Free Sunscreen (they have SPF 30 and 50). I can understand not wanting to introduce new products into your regimen early but I am just worried about your face burning from the extremely high sensitivity, increasing chances of cancer and aging.

Anyway you both are doing great…wink.png

You both have to get past this dry phase…..definitely the worst part of the regimen, and the phase that makes people quit the most….so if you can get passed it times will be much better. what I did when I was on the regimen was I increased the amount very quickly. I was on 2 pumps in 2 weeks. I did this so I could get passed the symptoms quicker. It helped and they were gone much faster, but the dryness and itchiness was absolutely dreadful and I needed to keep myself from scratching my face off lol.

Keep going women smile.png

Also I would like to say I began reading about acne and Vitamin D intake, and looking at the reviews here on acne.org, and I began taking it. I have mild acne on my upper back and sad to say but a bit on my buttocks too ;/ And about 2 weeks taking this supplement I am almost clear. My thought is my acne went away because vitamin D is a hormone and not a mineral of vitamin. Did you know acne is better for the general population in the warmer months than the winter months? This is because we are in the sun a lot more. It is an interesting theory many people are just beginning to look in to…….Anyway I am taking about 6000-8000IU. You can take 2000-10000IU but I stick to that range. You can take 10000IU but taking more is when adverse affects are more likely. Hopefully you guys can get on acne.org's reviews and check it out, and maybe take some to see if you have faster clearing, or in my case clearing of acne in other parts of the body!

Thanks so much for the suggestion beautiful smile.png

we will definitely not give up, we're getting closer each day so there's no stopping now! tongue.png

The dryness and flakiness is kinda under control with me, but it's just the redness that really bothers me. I guess I will have to wait until I later on in the Regimen to start using one.

It's okayy, don't sweat it, I have body acne as well, & thank you I will look into it smile.png It sounds good. I think I read somewhere that vitamin D is great for acne but I'm not really sure. I think Zinc is too eusa_think.gif

Day 14(2 weeks!):

I can't believe it's been 2 weeks! I'm halfway to the 1 month mark and that means a lot of things.

1. I am sticking to the Regimen and being consistent.

2. I will be increasing BP amount.

3. I am closer to clearer skin biggrin.png

I'm so happy with my results so far, at 2 weeks I have never seen such a diff with any product and this gives me a lot of hope and confidence.

I am still experiencing side effects, like flakiness on my chin, dryness around my face, redness everywhere and still breaking out around my mouth and chin but I'm sure these will subside with time smile.png

I feel beautiful and that's very rare for me, and I'm super duperrr grateful like I can't put into words how much I am.

Team Regimen for life!! lol

Just wanted to point out I have a few new small breakouts but I think they're being dried up by the BP so no prob there smile.png

I can't agree more, Faith...this is such a breath of fresh air compared to other ineffective products I've tried. I love hearing that you keep on seeing improvements and it's awesome that you're getting your confidence back, I'm experiencing the same thing! Team Regimen running wild all over Acne.org foreva! :P lol

Maybe you're going to be one of the famous but few "lucky ones" who don't break out! We can only hope. I have high hopes for all of you members of Team Regimen biggrin.png

lol that would sure be nice! I dunno if I can catch that much of a break though considering my skin, but I'm definitely hopeful too! :P

Your progress is so much like mine! lol except I think yours is advanced. But it's great that we're all seeing improvements biggrin.png

haha we're like long lost Regimen twins! I've noticed our results are super similar too, and that's awesome because they seem to be good results :)

Stick with it! It looks like you're getting similar results to what I had a few years ago. That's great! The Regimen works really well for acne that isn't hormonal. This is how I cleared up my forehead a few years ago. I tried it for my cheeks last year when I started breaking out, but it didn't work.  Had to move on to retinoids... Just be really vigilant about that dryness/irritation, and absolutely get a heavier moisturizer or a less drying cleanser if you need to! Also, I never made it to the full amount, and I used this method for nearly a year.

Thank you! That's definitely inspiring to hear that you had success with the Regimen in the past. I'm definitely trying to keep an eye on the dryness, I've noticed it's mostly confined to my temples right now but I'm sure it can spread to other parts of my face at any time.

Day #11:

Not a whole lot to report, guys. My skin continues to do well. No major active breakouts that I can see, the only thing I noticed is a little blackhead on my nose and I'm kicking my self for picking at it and making it extra red! The skin on my nose is like uber sensitive and it's always got a bit of a reddish hue (even before BP, so I barely use just just a teeny bit of BP on my nose) I usually pride myself in never picking my skin but I noticed that annoying little bugger and I tried to extract it, not gonna do that again anytime soon! Other than that my face is in good condition, no major dryness, the dryness around my temples is VERY minimal and jojoba oil takes care of it very well.

Got my AHA in the mail today too! I applied it to a few body blemishes, it didn't burn at all, felt like a light lotion going on. I'll keep you guys updated on how it does for blemishes/hyper-pigmentation marks on my shoulders and chest. (since I won't be using it on my face until later in the Regimen)

#3349342 How ya feelin' about your acne today?

Posted by FlaggLives on 17 May 2013 - 04:17 PM

I'm feeling pretty good today! I know I'm probably being a bit premature about it but the Regimen seems to be working SO well for my skin, I've got almost no new breakouts since starting Week 2. I expect more breakouts along the way since that's a given in the what to expect section, but it seems like this might literally be the perfect treatment for my skin. It's been a long time since I've felt this hopeful about the possibility of becoming clear and STAYING clear.

Side note: Got my AHA today! I'll be using that on a few shoulder blemishes to see how it works.
