for those type of scars you will probably need to inject something in there.
I forgot what they are called. I think they are called "fillers"

sometimes you just gotta give up and go to accutane or else risk spending years of your life trying to get clear which can only result in your scars becoming more severe.

it's perfectly reasonable to question "Why???"

Then you turn to science and find the scientifically tested acne fighting methods, I would recommend going to a dermatologist as your first step.

You're korean and im 100% positive they have universal health care so price shouldnt be a issue unlike the Americas.

My suggestions would be to take your dermatologist advice above anyone elses on this websites including mine.

They will probably put you on 2-4 antibiotics and there is a loophole. If they do work just stop taking them 1-2 weeks prior to your visit to the dermatologist to give you a break out. Ultimately your goal should be to go on those couple of antibiotics and get accutane. Antibiotics have the risk of antibiotics resistance bacterium which can be very deadly that is why i dont like this as a long term solution.

To my knowledge only dairy has been scientifically linked to acne but since you seem to have already messed with your diets I dont think this has been much of use to you.

The most important part i want you to take from my entire post is this, MANY PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM fail to learn that genetics plays a huge role in acne. You can do all you'd like to mess with your acne, if you are genetically predisposed to acne and have tried everything you should really consider accutane. To know if you'res is genetic just look at your brothers/sisters and your 1st cousins. And if a decent percentage get zits there is a good chance your acne is genetic.

Good luck, this is the conclusion i have to come after suffering acne for 8 years. Hopefully I will be put on accutane in 6 weeks.

Hold on Guys - clam the **** down here...... I'm not trying to promote the product or services on a commercial basis...... I'm just very pleased with the treatment I have received to date from Dr Patel. I have had to endure Acne Scarring for the past 15 yrs to remind me of the terrible outbreak I had in my teens.... I spent thousands trying to find treatments to repair my scaring and never got good results. I Just looked through my wedding photos the other day and it made me realise how i was ripped off for microderm sessions which didnt offer results. I'm only passing on this information to try and help others who have gone through the same as me, isn't that what this forum is about!?!

Everyone's scarring is different and I have gone through 2 procedures of subcision and TCA cross which means I don't need to undergo deep fx or scar fx, so the INFINI should be sufficient enough to help reduce my scars.

@Toyokogirl, I'll have some photos for you to look through on friday so you can make your decision if my infini treatment was worth while

So much for passing on good news......

lol try not to take anything to heart. Its hard to know what works or doesnt work in the acne scar industry. With everything being so expensive and the results are usually disappointing. Only CO2 lasers, Subscision, and Punch Extensions are probably the only ones that are proven to work for scarring.

How long does it take to see results from INFINI? CO2 lasers can take anywhere from 3-6 months for collagen to fill the scars in a bit.

Good luck, hopefully you will get results you want. the doctor is promoting his own laser and its a Erbium. I havnt heard to many success stories from Erbium only CO2.
I think you should be all for getting the laser but just some things you might to keep in mind.
Ive never heard of the INFINI so the doctor is just trying to promote his own machine over the SCAAR FX. The SCAAR FX is easily the most potent laser out their.

Infini is not an erbrium laser. It's not even a laser. It's Radio Frequency micro-needling. It's the same technology as Intracel.

oh, why would a doctor recommend that if Co2 is "The Gold Standard"
