My current regimen.
The Anti-Demodex Mite regimen.
Taking: a basic essentials multivitamin, and drinking green tea
Morning: Before eating anything, Saliva method for 10 - 15 minutes
Evening: 10% Sulfur ointment
Night: Rub Tea Tree Oil over eyebrows and tip of nose and any individual acne. --sleep with it on--
Also using a Tea Tree Oil shampoo on hair and body
So far: Good Results!! At this rate I should be 80 - 90 % clear in 2 weeks to a month.
