Ok, thanks. But I don't think it's flaking, its just sebum coming out of pores and clogging skin. I don't really like using hydrocortisone because of the permament damage it can make. I have used it few times like 5 days a row and it helped a bit.
How long can I store the serum and should I add vitamin E to extend its shelf life? Do you add anything to make the serum absorb better? And can I add EGCG as a bonus and use seabuckthorn seed oil along the regimen? So you'll just mix niacinamide, NAG, purified water to spray bottle or something and spray it to your face? So how should I cleanse my face, only purified water once a day or few days a week? I get lots of white dried sebum or something to my face and it will build up fast and its really visible, so washing my face only few times a weeks sounds horrible. I might have seb derm, even my dermatologist suspected that but she wasn't sure. I tried Nizoral shampoo which only made things worse. Now Im using one seb derm cream from BiON and seabuckthorn seed oil. I have redness on cheek area around nose, nose, chin, temples and some random red areas on my cheeks. I have also unlimited amount of tiny skin colored bumps which are not even symmetrical. My skin pretty much resembles oranges texture. I have blackheads, small red spots, bumps, some acne and keratosis pilaris like shit on my body. YAY. I also get really sharp itching to same certain spots on my face occasionally and weird tingling around body like someone using my body as a keyboard and typing gently with fingers.
I think my skin problems started when I started to get this white sebum out of my pores and I began to scratch this rough dried sebum shit out of my skin, from face and body. Then I started to use harsh products like bp, aha, bha and retin-a which in the end made my skin lots of worse. I feel like it goes worse year by year. I don't know what is the problem, dehyrdarted skins symptoms are similar to my skins, it also might be seb derm or something really weird. I never get normal zits and this doenst look like regular acne at all, i just have redness, small bumps and white shit coming out of my pores. Horrible, id rather have smooth skins with some random spots here and there than this ancient ruin. And im 21 years old lol. Maybe your dehydrated skin regimen might help.
Colostrum, interesting. I remember taking colostrum when i was about 14-16 years old. Sounds really scary to test but well at least I could rule those two things out. I will test that at some point. I tried 2 weeks strict paleo diet, my chest acne pretty much vanished and body acne was better also. Face was pretty much same as before. Some bumps seem to be just bumps, like raised skin and they are never alone, they are in groups. The bumps on my cheeck area near nose has something in them, its hard to see because they are so small but they look little transparent. Im really getting desperate. I've been thinking that maybe they are caused by demodex. Hard to say, but this itching is really weird and annoying, I haven't found anyone with same kind of symptoms by googling many hours.
I have exactly this same problem! Do you guys experience mild itching/stinging after eating? I have noticed this is extremely stress and nutrition related. Facial products obviously can help or make thing worse. Salicylic acid and retinoids help somewhat but they are not a cure! I've been trying to find the cure actively 1 year now because I don't want to worry about my skin forever. Other kind of acne sufferers who say this is normal skin, this is NOT, im actually jealous for some "ordinary acne" sufferers with pizza face because the skin texture otherwise is really good and if you just get rid of the zits then you look like a model. Of course those guys with cysts are the worst but our condition is not just that we are stupid or blind. For example my skin texture looks horrendous in a bad lightning. Im really considering accutane with a good doc to monitor my health. Im going to exchange to other country for a year and I don't have time or interest to follow what I eat, I will have only little money and the studying will be really tough. I love to live a healthy lifestyle but not for my skin, it's stressful to worry about skin all the time. If you wanna tell all those accutane horror stories do it now and try to change my mind if you will. I think my acne might be related to that itchiness but seems like nobody knows why thats happening, maybe my skin is just so clogged. At the moment I have pretty safe feelings about accutane despite the things I have heard and read so far. I have tried so many things from zz cream to liver detox that im really getting pissed off.
Edit: Im not sure about the demodex yet, that might be the cause considering I have a cat and I feel itchiness really often and zinc pyrthione and zz cream seemed to help the most. I will ask for a demodex sample when I got to meet a derm in few weeks. This time I will go to fucking skin academy in Helsinki and if they are as clueless as the two derms I have met before I'll give up!
