@rusko - Yeah man, it's strange, because sometimes it does really help, but not that much, I am just so used to putting it on that i dare not stop using it. It covers them up so i cannot see them, however it gets all over the place! And obviously i cannot go outside with it. Im going to start a facewash regime very soon to see if that helps seen as though i don't have one. Hopefully that will help, and also try and get a strong acne cream to apply to my affected areas to bring them down. I hardly ever get whiteheads, just these big inflamed red spots what stand out so much because of my pale complexion. If i could get the inflammation down and the redness I will be more than happy!

Erm, kind of. I tend to go to sleep on my right side but then obviously in the middle of the night, i'll toss and turn on to my left side.

Thanks man, i go back home in 10 days and hope to start a course of cetaphil cleanser and cetaphil moisturiser. One side of my cheek is fine with a few scars, but the other side is horrible, Tbh the whole right side of my face is relatively clear, then its my left side which is really bad. I am like 2 face form batman, jeesh haha. My forehead is the worst, then my cheek. I rarely get acne on my chin anymore. If i can get rid of my acne on my forehead I'll be so happy! Once i get my next university fee in a  few weeks time, i am definitely going to invest in a juicer. I also might add that i supply a heavy dose of sudocrem to my affected areas. Is this bad? It sort of dries them out and covers them so i dont have to see them. Should i use a facewash, moisturiser and a acne face cream of some sort on my affected areas, along with your regime? Or is this not a good idea?

Thanks

Thankyou wingedserpent for this regime, im going to begin straight away.

I am 19 years old and have been suffering from acne since i was 15, its a living hell. I am currently at university and somedays i dont even go in because its so bad. At the moment my diet is pretty bad. I drink so much water however because i cannot cook well, i only eat pasta, beans, eggs etc. I also do not have a facewash regime because i cannot bear touching my face. Im 19 and should be living my life to the max! But i just cant. I was just wondering what meals you have. I definitely have the will power to do the juicing, and i currently take pantothen, which is a b5 complex, however i am really skinny, and dont wanna just eat low fat foods as i definitely dont wanna go underweight.

Therefore i was just wondering if there was anyway possible if you could help me with a meal plan of some sort. Like what to eat meal wise everyday. It is really hard for me atm because i am always hungry and my body burns fat off so quick, i always find myself indulging in pasta and other crappy foods. I personally believe this regime could work for me but i just dont know what to eat!

Thankyou once again.
