About Me

Hi! I'm new in this community. I go with 'zazaszai' as my virtual name and I'm from Malaysia. I used to have acne when I was 17 for a year and it healed for 3 months with the help of Clindamycin and gentle cleanser prescribed by my doctor. My skin was clear after the treatment.

At the end of 2010, I've got sudden attack by adult acne due to drastic lifestyle changes. I stayed up late due to assignments and chat all night thus I lack of sleep everyday. I looked restless. Acne does affect my social life and confident. I get grumpy easily when salesperson suddenly approach and recommend their products to me. I don't like it when people start commenting on my acne. I feel awful when I look at my skin because lots of red bumps filled with blood inside and pimples here and there. Sometime, I cried when I look at my skin.

Thus, I started getting a treatment for my skin every twice a month and change to a healthy lifestyle. I changed my diet, sleeping pattern, skincare regime and exercise regularly. I consumed more organic food, drink more water, sleep adequately, exfoliate and use face mask twice a week, wash my face twice a day and workout 4 days a week. My skin starting to recover a lot but still haven't clear 100% as I still have red acne marks and tiny pimples/ bumps right now.

I still google about acne treatment and trying out some of the natural remedies. Then, one of the Youtuber recommend her viewer to visit this forum which helped with her acne problem previously. Therefore, I joined this community to find useful information about acne treatment and share my experience with other members too.
