This is my 3rd or 2nd week on caveman regimen, kinda lost track of time and I am the clearest I've been in 8 years and it feels pretty fucking great. All those products really do fuck our skin up worse. My acne is way less inflamed and no more cysts, red marks and dark marks are fading each day with the African butter, and I still have pretty fucked up scars underneath it all but it's work in progress.

One day I will walk out and feel good about myself which is most important, fuck what everybody else thinks.

The only correlation I see is that I will break out after drinking to the point of trying to pass out and die so the next day I'm out cold and I don't wash my face which equals acne.
