Sounds like you probably had a build up of candida which is why cutting out those things out for 30 days helped. If you go back to eating the way you used to the acne will more than likely come back unfortunately.
I agree with this. Also you may have introduced something in your diet you just happened to have an intolerance to. Some on the site get breakouts if they eat nuts but can eat dairy, some the other way around, others can eat whatever they want. But I'm glad you found something that works for you. If in fact it was candida that was the problem I heard probiotics are extremely beneficial, so maybe you could look into that.. Anyways, enjoy being clear
