Try green tea, the loose leaf variety which contains a higher percent of antioxidants. You can find loose leaf tea in health food stores and specialty stores. I was once an avid consumer of coffee but I switched to Chai green tea which mimics coffee a bit because I can add honey and cream and it still tastes pretty decent. Or consider black tea, which has less caffeine. If all else fails, Decaf is perfectly acceptable. I manage quite well these days, and whenever I do crave real coffee I allow myself the indulgence because I barely drink it otherwise. The craving will decrease with time, just ease yourself into it and lessen the amounts you consume each day. As for fruits and vegetables I suggest things like plums, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, mango, grapefruit, pomegranate, squash, sweet potato, broccoli, spinach, kale, carrot, tomato. Widen your horizons, do some research, there are many skin healing foods out there.
