I went through it twice and it seemed it work better after the second course. And no offense to anyone on here, I would do what you think would be beneficial for you. Some people preach diet and hollistic methods claiming that's the real way to treat acne when they themselves are still breaking out after following there own advice. I eat whatever I want, sometimes don't wash my face and my face is healing and normal now. I don't stress out anymore because of restricting my diet or personal hygiene. Good luck!
Feeling good. I finally just accepted it. I'm prone to pimples no matter what I do. So I'm no longer stressing out at all and what do you know, my face is clearing up and evening out. Regardless, acne wasn't holding me back.. I was.
Still feeling pretty good. I had an odd, slightly bigger than normal pimple form on my top right cheek so I thought about using tea tree oil and so I applied it to the pimple. To my amazement the pimple decreased in size and NEVER developed puss which is crazy cause literally any pimples I get develop the nasty puss sooner or later. Instead it just dried it up and I wiped the dead skin off and its clear without hardly any redness left over. So I will definitely be using Tea Tree oil on whatever pimples I get.
Feeling pretty good actually Though I have small red pimple on my cheek, it isn't bothering me all that much. My red marks are almost all faded. I stopped using topicals and only use water. That for me has helped heal the red marks and help heal new zits faster. My acne is verrrry light. Like I get 2 to 3 small ones at a given time. So I just accepted that and to my suprise, my acne has subsided alot to almost non- existent. And this may sound offensive but when I see other peoples acne and see how bad/severre their acne is compared to mine, I realize I shouldn't be so self-conscious about when mine isn't even bad.
