About Me

26 year-old female, sudden-onset acne (developed in August 2011) on face, shoulders, back and chest.

AM

Shower, wash gently with Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar
Pat / air dry, and apply small amount of Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion
Take Doxycycline 50 mg (antibiotic) with small amount of food (okay, I admit mostly I just take it with coffee) and heaps of water

PM

Shower, wash gently with Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar
Pat / air dry, and apply thin layer of Epiduo (2.5% BP + 0.1% Adalpalene) Gel
Wait twenty mins to soak in, then apply small amount of Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion
Take Estelle 35 (Pill)

I'm now 99% on my chest, 98% clear on my back, and ~95% clear on my face (all excluding scarring).

I now have PIH, scarring (including a few ice-pick scars), enlarged pores and broken capillaries.
