Wow, it is had to judge because I only know what you are telling me but you are trying your best and your husband still gets upset? The fact that he rather have you go on Accutane vs being in the best position to have a child is worrying - you have to ask yourself some hard questions and work with your therapist.

I know Acne really sucks and I envy people who do not know the pain and humilation it causes. I am not sure about the ipledge thing - I live in Canada - we just need to do the pregnancy test and sign that we will use two forms of birth control prior, during and after treatment. Hopefully another dose to will clear you.

No - the side effects have been similar.  Fatigue, dry skin and lips, but I had some more muscle soreness this time around - I was on the highest dose ever 80mg a day and I am less than 60kg.  You can read my blog to see my experience this time around.

Today is my last day of my Accutane treatment I am 33 and this is my 3rd course over 14 years. It does work and will keep you clear for at least a couple of years maybe forever. I understand your skin may look reasonably clear but there are many spots under the skin. I wish you good luck with your Tane treatment. Hey Valley Girl - I would recommend you see a Dermatologist versus a Facialist. Maybe you just need some Retin A or perscription topical. I have been dealing with Acne for at least 14 years and my Dermatologist has been my saviour. Good luck!
