Hey Popsi! If you're following Moonbase's reccomendation of added fruit, I definitely think the spirulina is an awesome add in :) You'll get a decent protein boost from a heaping tbsn (which is 10-15 grams), a small amount of good fat, a bunch of phytonutrients that promote health and detoxification, and a big boost in energy, which most people notice at the latest a week in. I find myself a bit obsessed with it :) How's your skin doing now?
