Just use your cleanser.

I have tried that in the past, but I do like a good lather.

When using my cleanser, the lather has disappeared before I've finished shaving.

I also didn't experience any redness or burning or stinging but then, as bkubs says, some of us may have tougher skin than others.

As an "older person" that's probably my reason.

...On the online shop here on acne.org you can find the regimen for like 47 euro's, without shipping costs and what-not. When I pick "Belgium" as destination it still says "Free shipping", so I have no way of knowing what exactly will be charged...

On the old checkout page you could click on a link to find out your shipping options after entering just your country & postcode. This seems to have disappeared now.

It looks like you now have to enter all your details before clicking on the "Place Order Now" button which then gives you the shipping options.

In Topic: What Type Of Acne Is This? With Pictures.

Before I decided on a plan, I read a lot of threads on this forum & decided on a multi-prong attack on my acne.

My regimen is described in my gallery photos.

Dan's regimen does depend on BP, but I only used the tinyest amount, rather than the amout recommended & never got any redness or dryness. I had also used BP products in the past, but my mistake was not using them for long enough. I was expecting instant results, when, in fact, the BP appeared to make my skin look worse.

Agree with above about cutting out dairy. You may find that it could help your sinus problem as well.

Whatever you try, make sure that you stick to it for 2 to 3 months as, unfortunately, things can sometimes get worse before they get better.

EDIT...Oops sorry freakingthefrackout, I posted this at the same time as your last post.

btw...there are many more other "natural" sources of calcium, than that from cow's milk (green veg, fish, nuts etc.)

In Topic: Bp Treatment Unavailable At Amazon

25 March 2015 - 07:37 AM

Hi , I'm also from the UK and I just wondered how long the shipping took when you buy from Amazon US ? I ordered my fit set from acne.org and it took forever to arrive and it was pricey x

I ordered 8oz BP from Amazon.com on 17th March (total £21.42).  I also orded 6oz AHA+ from acne.org store on 19th March (total £20.61). I ordered them seperately to avoid VAT & RM charges. They both arrived today 25th March. So just 8 days & 6 days respectively.

I would never buy at those inflated prices from Ebay UK. You could pay almost twice as much. They scare you into believing that you will be charged import taxes etc. which you wont be on the 6oz/8oz tubes.
