Important question. Should I add avocado to my smoothie
And if yes how should I prepare it? Do you remove the skin
Or just the stone inside?

I tried that before, it tasted okay at first but by the end I wanted to throw up :P Prob just need to find the right recipe for it. I peeled off the skin and removed the stone

Ive been using fruits in my smoothies for the past few years but I recently stopped. I was surprised to find out that it tastes way better without any(my smoothies were kinda bleh with fruits tbh)

Atm I use:

-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup water
-2 tbsp gelled chia seeds
-3 tbsp hemp seeds
-handful of kale
-1/2 cucumber
-1 tbsp coconut flour
-1 tbsp almond butter(sometimes)
-few shakes of cinnamon

Delicious :) Might take some getting used to though

Good post, thanks for sharing :) Having ACV before eating is something I havent done in a while, I should probably get back to it. Ive been nearly clear for the longest time now and I guess every little bit will help at this point heh

You shouldn't drink water with meals, it inhibits digestion. What's your diet like?

I always thought it was good to drink water with your meals, eh.

Someone needs to provide more information on this, and this thread. I'm curious now.

I think it dilutes digestive enzymes. I always wait an hour after a meal before drinking. If I do drink something it would be a little bit of hot water or tea

Takes so long to drink it with a straw lol

I started dieting in January. I was about 95% clear in June but then went on vacation for a week and kind of went nuts on the sweets. Atm im prob about 90% clear, need to stop cheating on my diet lol(I had 2 pieces of cheesecake 2 weeks ago, and paid for it dearly tongue.gif)
