Try using an emollient like Vaseline or any thick face cream. Put it on your scars and massage them in circular motions a few times a day. This will help break up the scar tissue and make them less noticeable over time. Do the massage in between your tca peels.

As for the hole after your chemical peel. I've used 30% tca on my whole face and never had that happen but, I did get some brown and red discoloration that went away over time. Keep your skin hydrated. Don't cleanse with foaming face washes. Use Nivea cold cream or any cold cream. It will hydrate you face and make the scars look less noticable

Shave with cold cream and use cold cream to cleanse your face. I use jergens cold cream but you could use Nivea or ponds.

Just follow the directions on the back of the tub and as for shaving, just apply it like shave gel/foam and shave as usual.

It's really simple and it works great for clogged pores. You can use the cold cream as a moisturizer too so no need to buy multiple products.

Forget the ice use heat! Doing warm compresses works better. Should come to a head in a couple weeks or come to the surface enough to drain it. Let your lymphatic system do most of the work for you. Also keep it moist in between the warm compress. I use cold cream but you can use Neosporin or any other emollient

Face wipes really don't do anything but wipe away surface debris. Even though your face is clear now, you want to keep it that way! Just cleaning the top and neglecting whats in your pores doesn't make sense.

Use the original cetaphil cleanser without water, use your wipes to remove the cleanser or a warm wash cloth.

I use cold cream myself. Keeps my pores clean and my face moisturized. I can't use face lotions either so if I feel like I need a little extra moisture I just rub in a small amount of cold cream.

In Topic: Seriously? Nothing Works!

I am honestly tired.
I do not know what bacteria is on my skin, and why it goes so deep in my pores.
But nothing works. Natural products, OTC products, antibiotics, diet change (no dairy, no gluten, etc...).
Nothing keeps these at bay.

I do not have many, which I guess is a relief compared to what I used to have in my teenage years.
But nearing 40, I keep getting pustules which are looking quite bad.

I had clear skin yesterday evening.
I am now waking up to 2 new pustules right in the middle of my face.
One is in the exact center (not hurting, just growing to a head slowly).
The other one is already hurting a lot and starts to have that disgusting whitish-yellowish center.
I have some Duac gel in my fridge, and just tried put some on them to at least control growth (otherwise they become huge).

Also noticed my skin is shedding an awful lot.
I have a ton of dead skin debris on my face.
Will try to get a proper soap and maybe moisturizer with SA to use.
Or maybe i will just use the soap and keep to BP for now...

This is really a mess.
ps: I do not get how a hurting pustule can simply develop out of the blue from yesterday evening to this morning.....
Now I have to go to work with these horrible things right in the middle of my face..... Awesome.....

You should try cleansing with jergens cold cream. It will replace your face wash and moisturizer. Just follow the directions on the back of the tub. It is my HG.

To me it sounds like your skin is damaged and in need of repair. The cold cream will fix this.
