How is your diet affecting your skin? I have cut out everything you have and my skin is so much better. But i'm also taking cod liver oil for the vit A and D, as well as the omega 3 fatty acids

My skin has its ups and downs. Diet has not seemed to affect, or maybe becuase i dont pay enough attention. My acne has not been bad bad since wqay back in June when I had chemical burns and crap.
Right now Im clear. But in a week Ill porabably get a few zits. I have never had bad acne actually. The worst it gets is moderate, and thats when it gets bad. But its usually mild and light. My diet is pretty decent, although I do snack on junkfoods sometimes. But yeah, good luck with yours. I...

Hah:) no i don't eat enough fiber. been using lemon on my face lately and love it. stings and itches for a couple minutes but worth it. reviewed pretty well on this site also
