hey, I saw the picture of your scar, next to your chin. I think I have something very similar on my cheek. mine is maybe a bit deeper. look forward to your log with the progress.

so devastated about the damage that I've done to myself that I can't look people in the eyes, I force myself to work, to do anything. so I hope my experience will be a kind of deterrent for your picking habit. I totally get what you mean when you say it's like a release but it won't help acne. especially if you're starting accutane. then the skin is more scar prone. Good luck w

Hi:)thanks for your comment:)I don't think I'll try lasers, I'm afraid of the risk and waist of money. I'm probably gonna try dermarolling and excision or punch graft for my worst scar. but I have to wait till my skin gets better, just like you wrote. Since the last damage that I did to myself (I continuously picked at one zit, now it's a big hole) I'm picking free.I'm

hey,I'm not exactly sure but i think you can do laser treatments a few months after you complete your treatments.Furthermore i love love love to pick and pop my zits.I know it sounds strange but i receive such a release from it.Bad habit yes,but I feel as if I'm winning the war on acne by removing the puss.Lets "quit"together lol.I'll be 28 later on this year:)
