Can You Take Biaxin For Acne Only?

Ok... so i took Biaxin (clarizithromycin i think...) a while back for pneumonia, and it TOTALLY cleared up my acne in like 2 days, so i started only taking half of the dosage i was supposed to take each day to save them so they'd last longer they were sooo good lol anyways that was back in the summer, and taking Biaxin for those 2 weeks I had pnemonia kept my skin clear up until about september, now its bad again and is realllyyy bugging me. I called my doctors office and asked the secretary if my doc could prescribe Biaxin for acne and the receptionist told me NO, biaxin is not given for acne (as if shes the doctor) , and preceded to basically hang up on me...she was really rude... Anyways i have read online that it can be given for acne, so has anyone taken biaxin just for acne and how was it??????

What would happen if someone with perfectly clear skin started taking accutane? I donno why, but this just crossed my mind. I wonder if somehow their skin would get worse like an initial breakout even though they had clear skin to start with?? Would accutane effect their skin at all? Just a weird thought...Posted Image

I have found a really good moisturizer for when your on accutane. Its Derma E Psorzema Cream, and its amazing!!! just thought i would tell you guys cuz im sure it could help a lot of you with your dryness! It takes care of flaking and scaling really well. Im in my second month and my skin is dry but not much dryer/flakier than it was before. I dont even want to know what my face would look like if i was using something else. And its not greasy looking! So ya i just had to pass that along!

Sebaceous cyst?

so i have 2 cysts, one on each cheek, theyre like..matching lol. anyways im on accutane until the end of november, and hopefully it will make them go away..but i have a feeling they are sebaceous cysts. ive never had anything liike these before, and what if accutane doesnt work on them? does anyone have any experience with these? and if it doesnt work, should i get them drained or removed, or get a cortisone shot? im really desperate to get rid of them, i look like a freak!
