So I recently read this thread: http://www.acne.org/...6-years-try-it/ which talks about juicing vegetables everyday in order to maintain vitamins in the body for clearer skin.
However, what I have been doing is blending multiple vegetables every day then microwaving the contents and eating it.
What I wanted to ask was to save me blending every day could I just blend a ton of vegetables at the start of the week and store the contents in an airtight plastic box in the fridge? Would this somehow lessen the vitamin intensities?
I also heard that cooking vegetables lessens their intensity as well.
Could anyone please give me some advice?
