How is your diet?  

 

Try going no dairy, lean white meats and veggies.  Drink a gallon + of water per day and sweat.  

 

Take a shower within half an hour of being finished exercising if possible. 

 

Foods that help with acne in my diet include: 

 

-Wild caught salmon

-Chicken

-BROWN rice 

-Garlic cloves (you want to cut these and expose them to air for 10 minutes before eating.   The precut do not have near as much nutritional value

-Artichoke

-Tomatoes

-Onions

-Squash

-Broccoli

-Almonds

-Walnuts

-WATER Lots of it.

 

Lastly, I use the acne.org regimen which helped about 70% (just the bp and aha).  The rest is my diet and a little secret called Lavender oil.  I use the lavender oil on my back during the day and bp/aha at night.  Hope this helps!
