ni, thats exactly what happned to me, I develpoed such fear of eating anything that I was stuck with raw veggies, slamon and hummus. Not that it worked lol. Now I eat healthy but if I want a cinnamon bun once in a while or I go out and have cocktails, I dont care! Such freedom is truly marvellous isnt it?

I feel that, mj is pretty much my only "vice" left, but I only vape it not smoke it! Oh well I figure I deserve a little fun. :) Have a great day!

-g their dependences with that regard, and my other half is prtty much married to mj and had a an amphetamine dependence in his 20's, so i totally get that one. Thankf for all you insightful advice on going completely gluten free - i don't think i would have gotton tp this point without yours and Dott's wealth of information and insightful posts. Hey there Deja, thanks for your lovely messge, I am def well on the way to recovering from being glutened, and just can't belive the difference in myself now I have cut out ALL grains since last friday - really significant improvement! Sounds like you have come on some journey - well done for dealing with your demons so early in life - I have friends in their 40's who are still battlin

Thank you. I consider the day I walked away from alcohol to be the true start of my life. :) I was a crack addict before that. I'm lucky to be alive let alone to have learned so much about health and healing. I really feel like there is a purpose to my being here and that's why I try to help others on their healing journey as much as I can.
