thanks for the response. how does one know exactly though that a dried head was ready to fall off? Regarding the "Anytime you expose the pore before it's ready (by rubbing cotton balls over it and removing dried heads), you increase the healing time for that patch of skin." If the patch of skin is just a normal red bump, or PIH, does that mean it was ready to go?

Anyways, you can also see the tiny pimples on my forehead. They are dried up and the pustules pus turned into little bulbs (As you can see in the photo). My question is... i used a cotton pad a fewdays later to rub off the dead skin... and as a result, some of the pustules pus (the bulb on the pustule) fell off. Does this mean it was ready to go? There was no bleeding, no leaking... nothing. Just

heres a photo of my forehead a while ago (ignore the yellow stuff... it was some natural remedy i tried, but it left a stain on my forehead which went away a week later)
