Don't want to go outside? Then put extremely bright lighting in the places you spend the most time indoors. Fluorescent bulbs are rated by how closely the mimic sunlight; buy the ones with the spectrum closest to sunlight, and that will have more blue energy than most. You pretty much need to be in the lights all day long....

Hey man I just read your theory too. Very interested to learn more! I also spend a lot of my time indoors so it seems very plausible. The thing is I don't want to go outside cause of my acne!
