So I'm on day 13 and almost all my acne is gone, I have only two small pimples now but severely dry skin now because i dried out my face from washing it way too much with strong products. Now I can't wash my face with any cleansers and I must wear a lot of baby lotion.since I started the picking challenge my face is very noticeably clearing up. Thank you for promoting this!

I was able to make it to 9 days, and then I picked today. Ugh! I'm so frustrated. Back to day 1.

I just tell myself that no matter how bad the zit may seem, if I pop it... I'll just end up with 5 more zits on my face!

I think I'm going to try this! I have been picking my skin for as long as I can remember. I know that my skin picking is the reason I keep on breaking out... the more I pick the more breakouts I seems to get. Day 1 for me! Posted Image
