Hey guys,
hope your all well... Well, i do suffer from acne for 5 years now.. I tried lotions and it didn't work.. I tried anti-biotics twice and it didn't work. Also tried to stay on a regimen but it didn't help a lot. My dermatologist told me that i need accutane and that it will clear my skin. I really wana take it, but i'm very scared from the side affects If i know that nothing serious gona happen, then I would have taken it 4 years back. But since then, I think and try to make a dicision, but I can't. I know there are the positive n negative feedback topics posted, and I read them. But still, I don't know what's gona happen. Is it just dry lips or some disease which will stay for the rest of my life? Please Any advice?

Hello guys..
Well, i have made alot of research about acne scarring. And there are alot of information which u can get from this website. But the sad thing is.. Most of the patients fail to get the desired results !!! I'm not saying this is for every1, but this is mostly what i saw from the threads !!! I really lost alot of my hope.. thu i didn't start any treatment yet, and i was so optimistic because i knew there were alot of treatments out there. But the truth is, they don't seem to do a big improvement !! What do u think? am i wrong? ( please tell me i am) Is there any chance or hope for me? Is there something which can make a "visible" change noticed by others? please share what u think..

Hello every1,
I wanted any help or advice for the best way to treat pitted scars. They are not deep at all, and very small, but because they are alot, they became more noticable. So what do u suggest? One more thing, i read that dermabrasion can make it worse because their base might be larger. But i can see they are not so deep. So if dermabrasion can take off the top layer, would it help? PLease give me your advice.. It will b really helpful =)

Hello guys,
I have alot of ice pick scars on my cheeks. Although they are alot, but they don't seem very deep for me (what i think) and they are also soft. I read that dermabration and laser resurfing are not the best choices for ice pick scars, this is because the base of the ice pick might be larger than what top is, so which will result in a worse condition. But what i can see on my face, that the ice pick scars are not very deep. So I was thinking to do a fraxel Repair to take out the the top layer of the skin.. and get rid od the ice pick scars! What do u think about it? What do you guys recommend?? is it a good idea? do you have another idea?? P-L-E-A-S-E H-E-L-P |
