I have superficial facial scars. I've tried restlane, retin-a and sciton laser. But nothing has worked. My self esteem is very low and I'm so scared to have a boyfriend. I don't want him to see me without my makeup. I've been looking up using permanent makeup to cover facial scars. Does anyone have any opinion on this topic? It will be like a permanent foundation on my face so almost like getting a tattoo with skin color onto the scars. This way it will give me a clear complexion hiding my scars underneath. Is it possible? I'll be going to some consultations and I'll post up the results.

I just had laser done a month ago.(I've posted my condition up before ) I'm curious about everyone else who had laser treatment done. Has it actually helped your scars to make it look better or has it mess up your face more? I've read through this forum and i don't read any successful stories . I only read the "nothing happen or it mess up my face more" stories. I just want to hear other people's experience with laser.

is anyone sick of all these procedures that never seems to clear our face. I've tried everything from peels, microdermabrasion, sciton laser, injections and nothing seems to work like it said it would. The derm keeps telling me that this one will definitely work and you'll see an improvement. but so far nothing has happen and I still have all my scars. I just wish there was something that would actually do what it is suppose to do

ALso a question to everyone, after you do peels and etc..is your skin color starting to change? I was looking at some old pics and my skin use to be olive color but its more of a pale, lighter color now? J

A warning to anyone who wants to try laser...please don't do it. I had sciton laser done costing $950! I don't see any improvement but my derm told me to wait. I dont' see what is going to change. Plus my skin is so red from the laser. It looks awful and its hard to cover with makeup. I just want to warn people ahead of time before they jump into anytning dealing with laser. My skin used to be smoother but after the laser its more rough and harder to put makeup on. I just don't want another person to regret their actions after the whole procedure is over. If i found this site before I would've cancel my appointment. But its too late..i can't change anything. So I hope anyone going for laser think it through carefully before proceeding.
