how does the baking soda method work?

i'm already using bp as part of my regime.

I use asperin on mine and they seem to go down fairly quickly and it's way less harsh on my skin as opposed to straight benzoyl peroxide.

I say prescriptions to spot treat, hot water, or loading up on alcohol-based bp treatments (ex panoxyl)

Current Regime:

1. Cleanse with Clean and Clear Continuous Control Cleanser (that's alot of C's!)

2. Apply Dan's BP gel if needed

* Going to get Alpha Hydrox 12% Glycolic acid Souffle..

Keeping it simple!

Nope, i don't believe advil works. I know that asperin has salycilic acid in it... not sure if advil does but, i don't think so. You take a couple of asperin pills and put them in the palm of your hand and add water. They will start to disolved and it will turn into a pastey type substance. Dot it on the pimple.. or you can use it on your whole face but, wash it off in 15 mins. Works great for me.

Reasons are like seasons, they constantly change.

I miss you

Miss you bad

I don't forget you

I hope you can hear me

I remember it clearly

The day, you, slipped away

Was the day, I found it won't be the same

I didn't get around to kiss you

Goodbye on the hand

I wish that I could see you again

I know that I can't

I've had my wake up

Won't you wake up

I keep asking why

And I can't take it

It wasn't fake it

It happened you passed by

Now you're gone

Somewhere I can't bring you back

The day, you, slipped away

Was the day, I found it won't the same

The day, you, slipped away

Was the day, I found it won't be the same

I miss you

SULFUR proactiv's mask has a main ingredient of sulfur. also, Bye Bye Blemish drying lotion is mainly sulfur. use that for spot treatment. trust me, the drying lotion really works, I had a huge one a couple days ago, and i put a dab on it, and the next, it was basically gone. still there, but not for much longer.

tea tree oil or Apple Cider Vinegar, in my experience

ACV is harsh, so use it sparingly and diluted. But I've watched whiteheads literally dry up before my eyes, and I'm not exaggerating.

On active pimples I dab TTO and also use Desert Essence Blemish Touch Stick, which is effective without overdrying- I use it several times a day.

What's ACV, BP, and can I buy them in Canada?

ACV is Apple Cider Vinegar, BP is a topical lotion that uses Benzoyl Peroxide as it's active ingredient and I'm not sure if you can get ACV and BP there or not. I'd imagine so, just check a health food store or even a grocery store for the ACV. The BP you can find at a drug store.

With Apple cider vinegar, you drink that stuff right? I heard it tastes/smells horrible. I had a friend that did that for a while.
