Just a thought. Although I've read a lot on this board that MSM doesn't really work all that well. And I feel that we can all get enough sulfur through more palatable veggies such as broccoli, kale, spinach, and the occasional slices of fresh raw onion in sandwiches.

make SALSA!
Take 1 or 2 tomatoes
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
salt, pepper, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro
and chop it all up very small and mix it together (or put in a food processor for about 10 seconds)
taaa daaaa! You have delicious raw salsa with garlic AND onion.
now why would I ever eat a raw onion by itself when I could do this?!?!
edit: I forgot - GREEN ONIONS! lol thats one of the best parts. I like green onions on everything though... I'm sure it'd still be tasty without them.

I think most of the people doing that were kids with few ideas about food. Onions and garlic are basics in cooking and in most of what you eat.
Tip: Chop onions, garlic fine and let sit for 10 minutes before cooking to allow enzyme reactions to start before you destroy them with cooking. This is about as good as raw. And applies to many other foods, especially the sulfur containing foods like cauliflower.
And of course there are plenty of things to do with them raw. Raw Onions go on sandwiches, fajitas, gyros, enchiladas, beans and bean soups. And all my life, in my family green onions are frequently munched on along with a meal. Like carrot sticks or something. And chimichurri sauce or pesto anyone?

bottle says take 4 pills 4 times/day.. you just put them under your tongue to dissolve. they taste sweet, quite nice actually. bc of a busy schedule i do forget to take them at times...
i have seen a slight improvement, not a miracle.... but also keep in mind i normally sleep in my makeup and dont take them 4x/day...
i also use sulfur soap when i shower at one place (i'm in between 2 places) and exfoliate almost every day..
the biggest difference was the week before my period.. i normally have several new cysts that week, and this time i didn't.
i'll keep taking them, because there has been improvement.

Is this all your doing to address your acne? What i'm saying is, you might consider addressing the diet as a whole, and not simply take some sulfur pills. I would bet my life you would see far greater results if you got your sulfur/nutrients from green smoothies. Make them part of your everyday diet. And stay away from any junk food, refined food, sugary foods/drinks, fast foods...and stick to whole, nutrient dense, organic foods. I would imagine your results would be so much greater if you did this
Green smoothies are also a great way to go because you are blending up the ingredients very finely. This allows your body to access all the nutrients locked away. So instead of absorbing a fraction of what you eat, you absorb a great deal of it. I noticed a huge difference in my skin once i started doing this. Organic spinach is a great green to add, and spirulina is also a great additive

Oh. I also found out something new and pretty interesting about Sulfur. The more sugar we eat the more Sulfur we need, because the body needs it to properly absorb sugar. Its used in how we make insulin. Anyway, its obvious we eat tonnes of sugar in this modern age, and possibly the cause for increased diabetes is this huge 90% deficiency in Sulfur. There are some tedious links too that excess unabsorbed sugar in the bloodstream could further aggravate Acne. Sulfur aids in its absorbtion.
Fits with the theory of "skin diabetes". Makes sense we need more sulphur.

You also need sulfur for detox, I think DMPS and DMSA which are both used to get rid off heavy metalls in the body are sulfur based.
