what are things that cause backne?

im having trouble with it, and for the life of me, cant seem to rid the problem. i have a small case when compared to others i have seen (through the search button).

for myself, i have backne, and acne at the back of my shoulders. its at the point where it is just scars mostly, so i have a good amount of black spots on my back, along with the acne

what exactly causes them to be there?
what can i do (without using any medication) to help rid them and the scars?

thanks

PS: i searched

There's tons of factors that could cause bacne, such as excessive sweating, hormone imbalance, wearing too tight clothes or clothes that don't allow the back to 'breathe', irritation from fabrics such as wool, too much hair on the back, dirt and oil that blocks pores, etc etc etc. it's hard to pinpoint what causes your bacne exactly because it could be caused by several factors...

to stop bacne from occuring, it's best to wear clothes that allow the the skin to breathe and clean your back regularly with body wash that are suitable for acne prone skin. I've also heard that ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) suppose to work wonders for the marks left from bacne, and as for the scars...better ask the other experts on this board!

Hi Janero,

I found that conditioning my hair was a cause and when I stopped that it partly helped, but Dan's AHA+ with his body buddy did the trick completely. And I struggled with it from my late teens through my 40's. Not fun, but glad to have finally solved the problem.
