I had a friend with mild acne (small spots but quite widely spread on her cheeks, and oily skin) who highly recommended this. I bought it myself and LOVE the way it feels on my skin. You need time to use it (facial massage and washcloth steaming is involved) but it really does feel like you've had a facial if you do it properly. It also makes you feel really clean without any of the scrubbing of an exfoliator (regular face wash never feels really clean to me) - your dirt and make-up literally melts into the product and is then washed away. Lovely.

Does it help with moderate acne... um, no, not really. I found that, yes, I may have got a few less little zits, but it never did anything about the cysts, so perhaps not worth the money if that's what your hoping for. However, if you want a gentle, wonderfully smelling product which really calms you and leaves your face feeling baby-soft, then this is the one. You'll have to stomach the price tag though - the smallest pot (50ml?) is £50.00! ($70ish)
