I have been having a good amont of olive oil, nuts and oily fish recently. I think i may have problems absorbing fat because my stools are very loose. I need the loo many times a day, and often suddenly. Also flatulance probs.
Now i'm cutting back on fat ( mostly the oil ) in my diet, it's improving.
Has anyone else noticed this with consuming more oil ?
I've read that not absorbing fat and excreeting it ( steatorrhea ) can lead to EFA and vitamin A deficency. So maybe there is some link to poor skin ?

Dude, it's most likely the nuts.I have to watch consumption of nuts for the exact same problem.Oil, esp olive oil should be fine.

hey, i think u need more fiber......steamed vegetable without adding oil is gd.......
