As I'm off bread now, I need a replacement -noodles seem perfect. I'll obviously be going for good quality noodles, and whatever my local Chinese gives me.

Have you had any experience with them?

Whole wheat noodles, but I would be interested to know how it goes. My son is OFF of them for now, but they may not cause you problems IF you get liked the baked ramen or soba noodles. I don't know - but don't get any white flour ones. - even the rice ones are refined more than the whole wheat - so I read anyway.

Good luck and be sure to eat LOTS of veggies with them for sure.

I use brown rice noodles. They taste pretty much just like whole wheat.

Yeah they actually taste better to me. I've never been fond of the way most wheat noodles tasted so it's great to find a better testing substitute.
