Hi,
I am going to do a bowel and liver cleanse but need some good acidophilus tablets, has anyone got any good recommendations? But they have to be affordable smile.gif.

Thanks,
Tom

I use a brand called FloraMORE, readily available in most health food stores and not TOO expensive. I find most probiotics to be a little pricey. My friend recommended them to me. She has worked in the industry and generally know which brands are quality and which are hocus pocus.
My regimen:

Eat regularly: a wide variety of vegetables, eggs, meat/fish, cheese, yogurt, butter, fruit, nuts/seeds.

Occasionally eat: beans, squash, potatoes.

Don't eat: sugar, grains, most processed food.
