Treating cystic acne

So... I have a few zits on my jaw line and just below my jaw line. Last wk, I even went to the derm for cortizone shots. They still will not die. Or, if one dies, another pops up right next to it. I am putting some secret potions on them and doing my best to NOT pick. I also have 2 new ones on my forehead. This might be part of some die off since I am eating no sugars, diary etc. How can I get these zits to calm down?

Just a quick note to let you know that I rubbed acne on one very angry cyst. I'm telling you, it already feels better. I could feel it all day... and when I put the garlic on, it stung. Now, 20min later, it feels better. I'll try for a few days -- thanks again.
