Food to make skin glow

Ok, I'll just post the menu of what I eat every day. This really helped my skin get better. While acne may not be a direct result of a bad diet, eating well definitely improves the look of your skin.

1). Fruit smoothie with orange juice and banana.

2). Home-made blueberry-cranberry bran muffin.

I use whole wheat flour, Splenda and applesauce instead of butter.

3). Bowl of fresh vegetables (varies) with either 1/2 a chicken breast or can of tuna.

4). 3.5 ounces of smoked salmon with 2 tablespoons of walnuts

5). Tofu, snow peas, and asparagus in a dressing made from 1/2 cup fat-free plain yougurt with fresh lemon-lime sauce

This is obviously a low calorie diet, and only provides 1000 calories a day. Still though, it gives an idea of foods that are good for your overall health and directly your skin.

I also drink 2 L (8 cups) of filtered water and take a B complex vitamin, Olay makes one which is formulated specifically for stress defense.
