This isn't so much a detox diet, but it may as well be. It's cleared my acne by 80%. http://www.freeacneb.../SampleDiet.htm
The only problem with this diet is the fact you have to get raw tuna daily. But there is an egg yoke thing that I havent tried.

I did a one day grape and mineral water (volvic) diet from a detox book that helped.

The most important thing to understand about detox diets is that you need to give it time. As it getting all the toxins out of your body. I found taking epsom salts quite good for enducing diarrhea which worked quite well. I also found i was farting a lot more, which is actually good as it's getting toxins out of your body, even though it's hardly the nicest exit.

Overall since cleaning up my diet (non wheat thus bread, diary etc) I feel a lot better.

I've been using 'Japanese detox foot sheets' for a few weeks (well, almost every night). It is still early and it may be wishful thinking, but I think my skin is improving!
