Whats the best regimen for scar preventation while on Accu'?

Hey guys I'm on this drug almost 9 weeks now, I have another 9 or 12 weeks to go... I wanted to ask you guys whats the best regimen to prevent scars while I'm on the pill ???

If i had my chance again i would leave your face alone even though its tempting to pick at the spots. You might aswell have spots for a while rather than live with scars for much longer mate.

yeh I konw , thats a 101 need to know rule in acne :) lol , but what supplimets (could also be vitamins, etc...) could help speedup healing process and prevent scaring...
