this is more a question than it is a recommendation. I have moderate-severe acne on my face which is not oily. I also have regular bowel movements. Many of the postings though are for people who have bowel movement problems. Are there any known diets that help people like myself.
Just a side note, i am a 21 year old female who regularly excercises and recently has started drinking 2-3 liters of water a day.
What do I do???
